Comments:

We spent two years in Okinawa (1970-71). We came home to start our family and had our two sons in 1972 & 73. Time passed with Gary teaching and me working at various office jobs. Both of our boys graduated from Heritage High and Maryville College. Mark has completed his Masters and has an EDS in education. He and his wife teach at Heritage High School. They have two sons Nathaniel (11) and Eli (1). Keith has completed his masters, EDS, and has a Doctorate in Education. Keith lives in Vinings, Georgia and is an assistant principal at Hiriam High School.

Gary retired in 2000. I have been working at Twin City Buick for sixteen years as the office manager in the collision repair center.

We have a camper at Notchy Creek Campground on Tellico Lake and spend as much time there as possible. We enjoy the company of the other long-term campers as well as the swimming, boating, and fishing.

School Story:

I remember sleep-overs at Jane's and one walk to the creek that Roger, Jane and I got in trouble over. I remember a class trip to Rock City and trips to the fair with FHA and FFA class groups.
Our Junior Class play was fun too.

When I think of school, I remember the small close knit community in which we grew up. We took it for granted and did not know how rough this old world could be.
