Chris Overturf

Went to UNI & got my accounting degree, passed the CPA and moved to Bloomington MN in June of '97 where I worked in the tax department of a small local CPA firm. Got married to Holly Warrington in July 1998.

Got tired of the big city in November of '99 and we moved back to Cedar Falls and I worked in the tax department of the Waterloo office of RSM McGladrey for 9 years.

In October 2008, we moved south down I-380 to the great metropolis of Urbana, IA. I am back to working for a smaller accounting firm in Cedar Rapids and enjoying the smaller firm atmosphere and clients.

Our 2 daughters are our pride and joy, and with Macey in fourth grade and Emily in kindergarden, they keep us very busy.

Throwing Priscilla (my grandma whom I lived with during our senior year) a birthday party in Greg Thomas' basement - and her shooting pool with us.

Trying to actually learn something in Mr. Lenius' accounting class - it seems most of the time was spent listening to him & Mr. Warren's verbal sparring.

Year round Early Hour volleyball games - despite Mrs. Phillips' attempts to get us to do other activities.
