Good afternoon everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well!  I just want to start off by apologizing to everyone about all the confusion on the location and pricing.  Max and I had originally looked at the two locations that were voted on and did not realize until we actually had the pricing in hand how expensive it was actually going to be.  Last year's class did have their reunion at Anthony's as well for $60/person but were able to bring the price down by doing multiple fundraisers to put towards the total.  Unfortunately we haven't done any fundraising so we are left individually to pay for the total cost.

To make the reunion more affordable for everyone we have found and booked a new location.  I've provided all the details below:

REUNION PARTY

Location: Ri Ra Irish Pub (Atlanta, GA) - www.rira.com

Date/Time: Saturday, August 7th, 2010 - 6:30pm-9:30pm

Price: $40 per person

Food: A dinner buffet (including soup, salad, carving station, meats and side dishes) + dessert

• Please let me know when you send in your money if you are a vegetarian or have any special dietary needs so we can make sure you are taken care of.  Vegetarians will have the option to choose a Humus Wrap or Veggie Burger in place of the meat selections.

Alcohol: We will have our own private cash bar which means that you will be responsible for purchasing your own alcohol.  It will be a full bar.

Tickets: If you plan on attending the reunion please mail a check or money order to me with following:

• Your first and last name

• The first and last name of your date if you plan on bringing one

• RSVP for the family event and number attending (see below)

Please send me your checks and RSVP's as soon as you possibly can because we are required to give an estimated head count on Monday, June 28th and have to have an exact count by Monday, July 26th (2 weeks before the reunion.)

***Please keep in mind that Ri Ra does require that everyone in attendance be at least 21 years old.

FAMILY EVENT

Location: Henry County Fun Bowl (McDonough, GA)

Date/Time: Saturday, August 7th, 2010 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Details: This is an event for our class to get together and meet everyone's family and loved ones.  We will have the "Party Room" which is an enclosed room with tables for sitting and catching up as well as pool tables.  There is no cost to come and see everyone.  If you and/or your children would like to bowl they've given us a group package that you can buy from the bowling alley when you get there on Saturday, August 7th.  This package is $11.75+tax per person and includes the following:

• Shoe Rental

• 2 Games of Bowling

• 1 Soft Drink

• 1 Slice of Pizza

RSVP: You are not required to send this money to me as it will be paid at to the bowling alley the day of.  However, I will need a total head count so when you send me the reunion check please let me know if you plan to attend the Family Event and if so how many people you will have in your party.

EXTRAS

Reunion T-shirts:  Daniel Dabbs owns a printing company and will be selling reunion t-shirts for anyone who would like purchase a Class of 2000 souvenir.

Hotels:  For those of you coming from out of town or don't want to drive home after the event I am currently talking to some of the hotels in Midtown near Ri Ra to find who will give us the best group rate for staying there.  I will send out the group rate on hotels as soon as I have something.  If anyone has any connections at hotels in the Midtown area please let me know.
