Ray was a very kind, generous and outgoing person. He loved to fish and go boating at Deep Creek Lake in Maryland. He loved his dogs, and they would accompany him on his outings to Deep Creek. He was a Corvette enthusiast, and after retiring from the Port Authority, loved to jump in his Vette and go for long rides. He was close to his family, and is sorely missed by them, and also by his many friends. He graduated from Point Park College, and was employed by the Port Authority of Allegheny County.
