Tonya Maudlin Maudlin

Work Bio:
Tonya Maudlin started working for Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) in September, 1986 as the Data Collection Administrator. Tonya transferred into the Standards department in 1989 as the International Liaison responsible for the integration and development of the European and Japanese regions. In 1999, she took over the publication and financial duties of the Standards department as Manager, Standards Publications and Administration. She moved the publication process from hardcopy to CD_ROM, saving the company $250K a year in publication expenses.

Promoted to Senior Manager, Standards Products and Administration in 2005, she was responsible for all aspects of the standards products; including publication, marketing/promotion, and distribution, licensing and sales. She was recognized as having the highest forecast accuracy of all the department budget managers, overseeing $3 million revenue and expenses. She managed an internal publication staff (2) and external sales team (4). As a member of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) she participated on four committees: IP, Patent, Copyright and Organization. Standards Engineering Society (SES), and Standards Publishing Advisory Board (SPAB), she participated on committees and presented at the annual conferences.

Do to a downturn in the market, she was laid off from SEMI in September 2010.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

After graduating form MSHS I attended OSU for one year, then SOSC for 2 Years and back to OSU for the last year. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
