I was an itinerant soul after high school. I picked up degrees in Social Work, Public Health and Nursing. I'm fortunate to have had many wonderful experiences. In NYC, I worked on the Floating Hospital, Head Start and St Luke's Hospital. In California I became a RN and worked in pediatric care: in Washington Sate I had the wonderful experience of working with the Yakima Indians for 2 years--delivering babies and doing home-care. I've worked for the State Department in Ireland, and the UK National Health Service. Now that I live in the Philadelphia area again I enjoy taking classes to continue my education.
