Upon graduating from Kirby, I enrolled at Shelby State (now known as Southwest) while awaiting enlistment into the Air Force. In April 1990, I began my Radiology career in the United States Air Force at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. I met my former husband, Bruce Wilson in the Air Force and we married in May 1992. We resided in a few places to include Waldorf, Md (Andrews Air Force Base, MD); Crestview, FL (Eglin Air Force Base, FL); and then, back to Wichita Falls, TX (Sheppard Air Force Base, TX) where we originally met.
Upon separating from the Air Force with an Honorable Discharge in 1994, I continued my Radiology career in Radiography and Mammography in the civilian sector. In 1999 and 2000, my two sons, Marcus Isaiah and Michael Elijah were born. In May 2001, I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Radiological Sciences from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Shortly after my divorce in 2002, I returned to Memphis for a few years. Currently, I reside in Olive Branch, MS with my two sons. I am also employed as a staff Radiographer with the Methodist Minor Medical Center-DeSoto here in Olive Branch.
At this phase in my life, I am still richly blessed and grateful to be alive after 37 years of growth.
For those of you who reside in Olive Branch, and for those who don't, but stop through from time to time, don't hesitate to stop by the clinic to see me. We are located at 5480 Goodman Road in the DeSoto Times Square Building on the right-hand side if traveling from Olive Branch, just before you get to the Super Target. If traveling from Southaven, we are on the left-hand side after passing the Super Target.
Just a little note...if you drop by, just know that I work Saturday through Monday only. I would love to see some old friends and familiar faces!!
