And on the fundraiser thing, it wasnt fair for the SAME people to continue to help out with em and pay dues while these others that dont contribute (IN ANY TYPE OF WAY) benefit also. Not to be negative but I'm getting a bit discouraged about this whole reunion. There is more to the reunion than just posting pics or talking shit on this site. 04/02/09 10:15 PM #571     Dawn Chapman Im not trying to be rude.. BUT, its just so unfair for individuals that have paid to be put on hold because of the actions (or lack there of) of others. If the class CLAIMS to want a reunion, how is it that we have so few payments? People are actually taking time out of their lives to deal with this and are getting nothing from it. I dont know if you all realize how business venues operate, but there are DEPOSITS that have to be paid. How are these deposits to be made if NOBODY is paying? Everytime I get on this site I see new comments on the message board or somebody adding new pictures, but the treasurer has yet to get in any additional payments. Its just really discouraging and it makes me almost want to say forget the whole thing. Lets not even get into individuals paying dues.. I know I've paid mine for all the meetings, have you? Again, I'm not trying to be rude but we are all grown here and it should not take this much to get payments from people that claim to actually want a reunion!!! Think about it.. oh, and MAKE A PAYMENT!!!
