The following is the schedule of our Ten Year Reunion Weekend of events.  If there are any changes, you will be notified.  All ticket prices include admission into the events appropriate to that ticket price, food, and drinks.  All ticket prices also include one Reunion T-shirt and keychain for the Wooddale alumni.

WHS C/O 99 MEET AND GREET MIXER

Location:              Round One Restaurant and Bar
                               6642 Winchester Road
                                Memphis, TN 38115

Time:                     6 p.m.-9 p.m.

What:                  This is the kick-off for the weekend events.  We will eat, drink, and socialize with each other.  This will also be the registration.  It is very important that everyone come to register.  You will be picking up programs, name tags, and keepsakes included with the ticket price.  The keepsakes included in the ticket price are t-shirts and key chains.  Dress is casual.

Time:                     5pm-9pm

What:                    This will be the main event of the weekend. There will be dinner and drinks served, announcements, speeches, presentations,  music and dancing. The dress is business casual to semi-formal.

CLASS OF 99 PICNIC

Location:              Shelby Farms Park (Note: Location may change)
               Memphis, TN

Time:                     1 p.m.- 5 p.m.

What:                   This will conclude the reunion weekend.  There will be barbeque, drinks, music, games, and activities for the children.  Your reunion t-shirt may be worn on that day.

Payment Due Dates
If you choose not to purchase your ticket at one time, you make select to make partial payments. The partial payments will be ¼ of your ticket price and there will be 4 payments. The due dates are below and also a list of the appropriate partial payment for the respective tickets. ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN FULL BY JUNE 30. ANY PAYMENT MADE AFTER THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% PENALTY FEE.
