i'm going to the party place tomarrow i will post pics we need donations to pay for the rental and supplies i don't like to hold money so can someone please step in and help me an also we need a guy at the door checking folks (women too lol) and a person collecting money as soon as we get enough money to get it started we can set a date like i said b4 i will not be at the meeting our baby shower is this saturday at mcfarland community center its co-ed so any one who wants to come is welcome gift or no gift thats not important come eat and have fun i'm djing that junt too from 3-7 if u want to help with the party e-mail me i will post a sample flyer b4 sat also price idea include 5 at the door with one free drink 1 jello shots 3 shots vodka & yak 1 spiked punch 2.50 beers and coolors etc.holla

Valarie Blackman jakari if they are going to get a drink included in the fee shouldn't we aim for at least $7 or $8 maybe,people pay more than that to get in the club & don't get ish but a headache when they wake up in the morning. Keep in mind we are trying to raise enough money to replace the rental fee as well as more money for us towards the reunion.

Jakari Taylor anything???????????? lol i think 8 is a bit much lower price means more people are willing to come we not at level 2 and its all profit cause everybody is putting up so its not comming out of the money we already raised u have to get them there first then raise the price next time.

Lol yall silly. what I'm saying is if they go to level 2 or whatever club they are not going to get a free drink & it cost more than that to get in there. $7 or $8 is not bad to include a drink a watered down drink cost that much, if we are going to charge $5 we should leave the free drink out unless you know somebody that will hook us up on the drinks. Say for example only 30 people show up that's only $150 as far as cover charge meaning we got to hope to make that up selling drinks & you said to rent it is $250 right. And if we end up having to pay somebody to watch the door & parking lot we have to consider that as well. Anyhow it will all come together.

Get at me Jakari as soon as you get the exact price for the rental. Does any one mix drinks? If so, and if you don't mind doing it for the party, please get at me also. I know Pam and I don't mind manning the door. Maybe we can get some one or maybe some of our people can act as security. Don't know, just throwing ideas out there for everyone to think about. Also, Like JAkari said, if this event is going to b feasible we are going to need monetary donations from all. We are not trying to break even with the party, we are trying to make money to add to the funds. So if there are any questions or ideas please feel free to contact me asap please.
