Sarah became my friend at A.B. Hill. She was also my neighbor around the corner on Bullington. She was always so excited about life's experiences even in elementary school. She never lost her enthusiasm and love for her Scrapper family. Not many reunions would have happened without her and Ron Cartwright. To be truthful, one of the reasons I passed up this year's was that I was just too sad to think of being there without her. After our 50th reunion, I found a maroon/gold decorative wreath to send her as a thank you for our friendship. I wish I had done so much more to show my gratitude for all she meant to me and our class.
