Looking forward to hopefully seeing many of you at the 45th reunion! Still working in the legal field as the Chief Cat Herder but switched law firms to Quarles & Brady. We are still heavily involved in charitable activities, and in 2003 established the Friends of the Hales Corners Park & Pool, which became a 501(c)3 charitable foundation. We spend a fair amount of time promoting the organization and raising funds to keep our community pool open and now to build an outdoor ice skating rink and pavilion. Through this venture I have had the opportunity to meet several Olympic and professional athletes, which is fun. My human children are grown but I still have one 70 lb furry child, our lab/hound/beagle Brutus.

Sadly we have lost our last 2 furry children since the last reunion. However, we have gained a son with our daughter marrying Rob in 2022. My husband is semi-retired and keeps busy with substitute teaching and numerous charitable and civic organizations. We have dedicated significant time to expanding our gardens and upgrading the homestead. We enjoy live music and go to as many concerts as possible. Enjoying yoga and strength training and kickboxing.

Testing our memories! I still remember one August day at golf practice Brewers Robin Yount and Gorman Thomas wanted to play through and joined us for 1 hole. They were very nice but I was so intimidated. Fortunately, the statute of limitations has passed on most anything else we did 30 years ago so there is no fear of prosecution :) Homecoming and Yellboy were always fun; working on floats at Sykoras. Driver's ed with Mr. Gradijan. Scott Metcalfe's graduation party. I feel bad now about constantly telling Mrs. Bettinger to answer the classroom phone when it wasn't ringing. I can still hear her saying "Helloooo?"! Lugging all the gymnastic equipment from the practice gym at Lincoln school to the high school on meet days, through the parking lot, in the winter; ugh!
