Happy birthday Frank!! I hope all is going well with you. Sarah and I are doing fine. I'm still working as an accountant for our church and academy. I had retired in 2016 from the IT profession, but our church had lost it's accountant for both the school and church. So I volunteered to do it, even after not doing accounting since 1981. But with the school at 300 students now and an upcoming $6 million dollar addition pending for another 100 students and a full sized gym, it keeps me busing. At least I can work from home, so that is nice. How are you doing? We have 9 grandchildren now, so that keeps us young!

I'm happy to have just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on July 6th of this year (2024). It's hard to believe how fast the years have flown by. But I have certainly been blessed with a fantastic wife that I love dearly!! God has been so good to us!

Happy birthday Frank. I hope all is going well with you. I thought I was going to retire from being an IT director all these years, but our church and school needed an accountant due to their growth. So, for the past 7 years I've been doing accounting for them. I switched from accounting after doing it for 2 years back in the early 1970's and went into computer programing and eventually into the IT and CIO levels of work. But when they found out I majored in accounting and IT, they asked if I'd do it for them. So much for retirement... But, I hope you at least have enjoyed retirement. I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren, so have been enjoying them. Sarah and I will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary next July 6, 2024, so looking forward to that. She is a FANTASTIC wife!!

I'm sorry to hear that Lester passed away. I remember just running into him a few years ago. He lived just a few blocks from me on the other side of the river. I can still remember the many football games we used to play near Riverside Grade School. He was a good friend and will be missed.
