A classmate states that Kim passed away sometime in the 1990s, and she served in the Marines prior to her death. UPDATE 12/30/2008: Kim was born on December 18, 1969 and passed away on December 15,1992.
Kim passed away around 1992. I was there the night she suffered the injuries which took her. My band was playing at Bumper's Beach Club. Our singer was dating Kim's sister Mary Cay. Kim, from what I remember, was looking for the restroom when she went to walk down what she thought was a dark hallway. It turned out to be a dark stairwell (with no safety chain up across the stairway!!). She fell down the stairs and suffered massive head injuries. She passed away two days later. She had just come home from Desert Storm just 2 months prior and I remember thinking of the horrible irony that she survived over in Iraq only to come home to resume civilian life and have this happen. She will always be remembered.
She was a Great friend!! Such a shock.She tried to give me a tatoo once.thank goodness it didn't work.I still wonder if that eagle she got on her arm was still there. she will be missed
