Dear Pam,

I am so sorry you passed before I am to take my trip in June.  I was so looking forward to seeing you.  I remember when Dave held the mini reunion for me and Geri.  You showed up and I was thrilled.  We had many memories from grammar school.  Brownies for one, where we all drove your mom and Maureen Flynn's mom crazy!  Another was the pajama party that you, Maureen, and I had at my home.

At the mini it was you who finally set to bed the question that wracked my mind for years.  I couldn't remember who was with me for one of the scariest moments of my life.  At the pajama party we walked up to the top of Hicks St.  where the railroad tracks were. You, Maureen and I were having fun walking the tressle and looking down through the tracks to the tracks below.  Suddenly a train came and the two of you were lucky enough to get off the tracks.  I, however, got stuck in the middle and had to curve my body under the metal sides with feet at the edge and a drop in between.  We shared that memory.  One I will never forget and you were part of it. Oh yes, a lesson learned-never did that again.

I thank you for all the laughs, fun, and friendship.  I am happy that although you are gone from us, you are finally at peace.  See you later kid.

Love, Ivy (Harvey Curto)
