Robert Otto Valenti, 74, husband of Cheryl (Book) Valenti, passed away courageously on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at home. Born in Meriden on December 19, 1948, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Otto Valenti. Bob resided in Meriden where he was happily retired and spent his time tending to the park and gardens he built in honor of his dad. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army as 1st Lieutenant. Bob was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church. He always enjoyed his rides in his XLR-V with the music turned up.
Besides his devoted wife, “Booker T.”, of 33 years, he is survived by his sister MaryBeth Valenti, his best dog mate Otto in Spirit and Bozley - Who Rescued Who.
Bob, thank you for the endless laughs. You will always be in our hearts.
