Sophadavy Hun I was so excited to see that we're having a reunion. I wish I could've found out sooner. I found out by accident when I googled myself. LOL. Wish I could go but I will be visiting Dallas in the first week of Oct. Hope you guys have fun & take care!

I have to agree with Mr. Sneed on the idea that a no show would be uncool. Though I didnt have a stellar college athletic career, I dont have the coolest job on the profile list like...bounty hunter (if it turns out your all cops...I understand...I'm ashamed of what I've become also), I have put on a few pounds, lost my tan and zeal for life in general...I am going to shake it all off, borrow a hundred bucks from my Mom and show up!!! I suppose its worth noting that if you dont show up, we will all just assume that you got really fat, or married someone real ugly...

I agree with you Sara--there should be a test or something. My oldest is in her first year in middle school and yesterday she called me at work to let me know she had made it in ok, but she threw in that she was wanting to go to see the football game with some of her friends--u all know I wanted to cry--I could not beleive that she was going to hang out alone with friends and no mommy-with a field and stadium full of pre teen boys!! lol

One thing is for sure. NMHS Grad still know how to have a party!!

That was awesome. The food was good, the music was good, the place had a great view, the drinks were strong but the most important thing were the kickass people in attendence. It was great seeing everyone that attended and for those who didnt, you were missed. I will get the pictures that i took posted as soon as possible. For those of you who took pictures, please remember to send them to nmhs98@yahoo.com when you get a chance. This will definately be a night to remember.

I know it wasn't the best of me not to be able to make it, however...I went to Club O because that's where I heard everyone was after the reunion, then they told me at the door that there's no way I'm getting in tonight...RASCALS!

I tried to make it for the afterparty after cleaning up all day in Houston for some of my family after IKE. Dang that guy...didn't he know that the city was named Houston and not Tina??

Hey guys,

Many of you have said that you would like to for us all to get together more often, what better than getting together for a football game? Homecoming is on Halloween this year so we thought the week before would be better for most. Please join us on Friday October 24,2008 for the North Mesquite vs. John Tyler game at Memorial Stadium. Kick off is at 7:30. Tickets will be $6 at the gate; we plan to sit in section 3U.

For those who are interested, the North Mesquite vs. Mesquite game (Homecoming) will be on October 31st also at Memorial Stadium.

Also, the Big Blue Band Alums will be at the game on the 24th.

Hey guys we are looking into trying to get something setup for a gathering of the 98 grads and friends from other years. This is still in the very early stages of planning and I just want to throw it out there. Next year, 2013, will be the 15th year since our final days in the hallway at NMHS and it would be nice to have as many people from our graduating class and friends from those years to attend a party or dinner/drinks. There is nothing set in stone and no prices, dates or locations have been decided on at this time. The only thing that we have put into consideration is that it may be during the summer months to allow classmates with kids to not be restricted because their kids are in school. We will be looking for places and other options as we come to them. If you have any questions you can direct them us on here, or if you would rather email them you can do so at nmhs98@yahoo.com.
