The one thing about Jill I'll always remember is the day we had a blood drive at the school. She always had the biggest heart for helping people. Well apparently the tech had a really hard time placing the needle and kept poking Jill time and time again. She was sitting there in the chair, tears streaming down her face from the pain, but would not ask him to stop. The techs had to tell her they couldn't get blood from her. She tried so hard and wanted to give blood so badly that she sat through that and would not give up. I was truly hoping to see her again and give her a big hug. Guess I'll have to wait a little longer to do that.
