After high school, I went to Baylor University where I majored in Telecommunications. After graduation, I didn't know what to do with my life, so I backpacked through Europe, on my own, for 2 months. Came back to Dallas, and spent 1 year working for an independent film company. After making pennies and scraping by, I decided to escape. I moved to Rome, Italy where I got a job teaching English at a language school. Enjoyed teaching so much, that I came back to Texas, moved to Austin, and went back to school to get a teaching certification. I currently teach 3rd grade, and I love it!! It reminds me of Poteet Theater days in that I get to perform on stage, in front of an audience of 20, every single day!!
