Most recently as a conductor I won 3rd prize and orchestra's choice award at an international conducting competition in Portland

His Currently projects for this season include performing and recording the Brahms violin sonata cycle in a single recital with pianist John Henderickson, and forming a new chamber music group called, Houstonian's New Music Ensemble, where the first performance will include the unbridged production of Stravinsky's L'histoire du Soldat, and new compostition by Yale grad student and friend Jordan Kuspa.
