Judy Ingalls maiden name

From high school I went to dental hygiene school in Boston. This career allowed me to support myself through college, graduate and medical school (UVM).
Then on to residency at Maine Medical Center. First job was in Telluride, CO as their town doctor for 10 years. Found and married my lovely husband and moved to Hood River Oregon where I was the medical director of a hospital ED. My one child Matt came along during this period of time.
Then on to AZ to be with Matt's grandparents.
Have practiced family medicine mostly for 30 years. The last 15 have been devoted to hormone replacement/nutrition/ wellness for women and men...both in AZ (Carefree) and Telluride CO. Jack Thompson, my husband, after retiring as a marine engineer, went into law.
Enjoying life and the many challenges and joys it throws my way. Still skiing, snowboarding, and bicycling.

Lost my baton under a car during a hometown parade while leading the Tenney High School band. I continued on, going through all the motions, without the baton.
