Our Norland Reunion Banquet will be held in a private ballroom at the Hard Rock Hotel and will feature a DJ playing your favorite tunes from across the decades, dancing, a keepsake-memento photo booth and a menu put together specially for our event.

♦ Spiced butternut squash soup with sage and peppered cream
♦ Fresh spinach and roquette arugula, sweet potatoes, grape tomatoes, julienne shallots, walnuts and cinnamon sherry vinaigrette
♦ Orecchiette and sweet sopressata, grilled portobello mushroom, radicchio di Treviso, gorgonzola red wine vinegar cream
