** REFUND POLICY

 

• All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to NorlandReunion@outlook.com
• Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
• A cancellation fee of 25% will be applied to requests made before Jul 14, 2014.
• A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to requests made between Jul 15, 2014 and Aug 31, 2014.
• A cancellation fee of 75% will be applied to requests made between Sep 1, 2014 and Sep 14, 2014.
• NO refunds will be issued after Sept 15, 2014
• Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.
• Refunds will issued no later than three (3) weeks after the event has concluded.
