Preliminary TENTATIVE Schedule for the Weekend at

Westgate River Ranch & Rodeo

• June 10th, 2022
  • Meet & Greet: 5:00pm - 9:00pm River Ranch Saloon, Live Country-Western Music, line dancing and entertainment . Full Bar is available. Receive your welcome package and t-shirt. hors doeuvres will be served. 
  • Free-time: 9 pm-until (Explore the River Ranch and continue to party with classmates and friends)
• June 11th, 2022
  • 8am - 11 am Activity (-ies) TBD
  • 11:30am - Class Photo...exact location TBD on WGRR premises
  • 1:00pm - 2:30 pm Lunch
  • 2:30pm - 6:00 pm "On-your-own" free time (There is so much to do or not do...hang out at the Pool....at the River Ranch)
  • 6:00 pm - Buffet Dinner 
  • Rodeo - 7:30 pm
    • After Dinner and Rodeo, stick around for an energetic night of Western line-dancing during the Street Party with a *SPARTAN twist. Everyone is invited to sing, dance and compete in games, while a DJ entertains with lively assorted tunes. The Saloon will also be open for those who want to listen to a "Live Band"
