Greetings, Class of '73!
Can you believe it's already been 50 years since we walked the halls of Midlothian High School? It seems like just yesterday we were grooving to "Stairway to Heaven" and "Superstition," dreaming of our future beyond the walls of 13501 Midlothian Turnpike. We set out to have the best high school reunion in the last 50 years in 2023 for good ole MHS, and we hit the mark. There was dancing and singing and movin' to the groovin', and PLENTY of catching up, too.
So, we rocked out with East of Hollywood at our reunion's Friday event, continued the fun at the tour on Saturday, showed the weather who was boss Saturday night at Fine Creek, and raised a final glass at Toast on Sunday. Now that our 50-year reunion is over, it's time to stay in touch with each other by checking this website, uploading pictures--now and then, and reaching out by messaging classmates and updating our own profiles with what's going on.
Why wait ten years to see each other again?? Stay tuned to learn about informal get-togethers--plus, please do let us know if you have ideas about fun places and activities to try. And don’t forget to answer questionnaires that we’ll send from time to time—it’s about ALL of us!
Don't stop believing, classmates! Let's keep on keepin' on--reaching out, that is. "See" you soon!
Website Stuff to Know:
- Our website is more than a reunion website--it is all about our Class, so, if you haven't already done so, SIGN UP!!...for Class Creator, this website, which gives you access to photos, classmate Profile Pages, ways to reach out to your classmates and for them to reach out to you (with or without sharing your contact info--you control who has access to your personal information), as well as the occasional survey questions and their results
- IMPORTANT: You do have to be a member to be able to access most of the website, including being able to see the photos/videos, so if you you know any "Not Joined/Missing Classmates," click here, or have our missing classmate Contact Us
- Have you answered all the questions on your Profile page? Messaged your BFF from back in the day? No? Whatcha waiting for--people want to hear from you!
- Dig deep! Find pictures from our high school days, then scan them and add them to your Profile page--or, better yet, create your own album on the Photos page--it's easy and your classmates will thank you for this!
- Come back often to check out updates to Classmate Profiles, What's New, This Day in History and songs from the past in the side bar
- Let us know if you know of any classmates who should be added to our In Memory page--a link to the obituary is especially helpful
- Add classcreator.com to your email Contacts so you don't miss out on our updates
- Classmate donations paid to keep our website ad free through mid November, 2023, which costs $240 per year. If you'd like to help finanically to remove ads from our site, a donation would help!
