Cassandra Forman Varner

After graduating from high school I received a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Economics from the University of Utah. Shortly afterwards, I met and married my best friend who could also win an award for "Most Patient Man Ever." We began our married lives in a really small town in Idaho but after 5 years, decided we needed to be around a few more people with a few more opportunities. Hence, the reason we now reside in the Bay Area. I have been teaching for nearly 20 years and currently teach Government, Economics, and AP Psychology. My husband works in the wine industry as Director of Technical services. We have 2 amazing kiddos. Lexie, 21, just graduated from the University of Oregon where she received her Bachelor of Science in General Social Science and Political Science. Kaylie is our youngest. She will attend Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA this fall where she plans to major in Economics.
