We will be meeting at Pizza Hut in Elkins at 6:00, June 13. Everyone will need to bring some $$ to help pay for there food and drinks.

NEW IMPORTANT NEWS: EVERYTHING BELOW CAN PRETTY MUCH BE IGNORED. HERE IS THE NEW INFO.

Well things have started off great and I am very excited to see that some of you all want to meet up and see how everyone has been in the last five years. It's crazy to think that we've been out that long. Sheena and I have been talking and here is what we've gathered. WE HAVE DECIDED TO NO LONGER CHARGE A FEE. If you have sent it to us we will send it right back. Which shouldn't be to hard because we haven't seen any of it.

We are going to meet at Holly River State Park on June 13, 2009 around 12:00 and stay until whenever. We may have a pavilion but no promises because we didn't have money to reserve one, so we may just be in the grass somewhere. Hopefully they will let us have one for awhile, don't really know. We are going to go together to a local restaurant and have dinner. Everyone is going to be responsible for there own food, transportation, park entry fee (if there is one) and anything else that will be of charge.

If you would like to see what Holly River has to offer, here is the website....http://www.hollyriver.com. I hope that everyone that says they were planning on coming will be there. If there is a problem with the date and time for the majority of the group we will consider another date and time, otherwise this is the best we can do. I've noticed that a lot of people haven't been to the website. Sheena and I have done everything that we can think of for people to find it. Please, if you have logged in but seen that your friends haven't, inform them of what is going on. Thank you all so much and we really hope to see everyone there.

Hopefully by now you all have looked at pictures, read comments, and made a couple yourself on everyones profiles. During the set up process you put in a Primary Email address. This needs to be correct and real for a number of reasons. One - your email address is your log in for this website. Two - when you pay for your tickets for the reunion we will be sending out an email with the exact information on the location, time, date, etc for the reunion.

Alright guys, I'm afraid that some of you might have issues sending Sheena and I money. Here is what's happening. We were caught by surprise when everyone wanted to do a 5 year reunion and as you can imagine we have no fundings for this kind of thing. Our first thought was to go somewhere free like Elkins City Park and have everyone bring a covered dish. Then we were worried on how far each of you would have to travel and by the time you brought warm food it would be cold, or some wouldn't even bring food. Then it wouldn't be fair for the others. You all get the picture. So we started looking at other parks, pavillions, buildings, etc. Sheena and I both agreed we would fork out the money to do this for everyone, then we reallized that it would be hundreds of dollars and we just don't have it to do. The address that I provided below is for Huntington Bank in Elkins. Your money will not be coming to our houses but rather straight to the bank. If you would feel better handing the money/check to us then we would go to the bank and get it deposited. If you all even wanted to as a little more reassurance you could stop in at the Elkins bank, Monday - Friday 9-3 (beside of CVS, NOT the drive thru) and I would be glad to go with you to a teller to have the money deposited into the account. I'm sure Sheena wouldn't mind doing this in Fairmont either, you would just have to get in touch with her to see her schedule, because she doesn't work there. :)

Below is the information for mailing your check or money to us for your tickets. As soon as I (Alanna) recieve them at the bank, I will make a copy of whatever you send, then deposit it in the Class of 2004 checking account (statements will be provided as well as copies of whatever you send me for verification at the reunion). There will also be a list of everything we purchased (reciepts) using the money that you all send to us. One last request...whenever you all send out your money please send me an email so I can be expecting it. Thank you!!!
