Amir Bagherlee

I have very fond memories of WISCO. I was welcomed with open arms as the first Iranian student and soon fitted in. I often go back to my yearbook and walk down the memory lane. It was not easy to join the second semester of the senior year, as a foreign student, and find a good seat for lunch at the cafeteria.

I left WISCO to become an engineer, got married and have a happy family life in Southern Florida.

It is amazing how a short period of time can change my life so much for better.

Math was an easy subject for me. Piet Jager (from Netherland) and I used to shoot paper balls at each others during Mr. Leverence's class.

It kind of gave us a sense of power not to listen to the teacher but know the answer almost every time.

Life has not proven to be as easy since. I do not know all the answers and sometimes I wish I could visit Mr. Leverence's classs from time to time.
