Stephen Reed

After two summers with KIDS, I studied Musical Theater and Dance Performance at the University of Utah, joined Actor's Equity just after college, and - after working for a number of years in both Chicago and Los Angeles - moved to NYC to join my first Broadway show. Since then I've appeared in six Broadway Musicals, numerous other live productions (including Lincoln Center and the NYC Opera and oh yes - LOTS of regional theatre) and I currently head the Theater Dance Department for Ballet Arts Studio, City Center Theater, NYC. COME and VISIT!

Being "showered" by Kyle and the guys while fully clothed (and honor). Finding my own "little corner of the world" dressing room/broom closet at State Fair. Performing with Katy Cavanaugh and feeling like I was on top of the world. Always wanting to have David Ladd's hair. Brad and me WORKING the summer belts and shoes. Tom T. making me sweat!! Learning Mic cord-ography. Never closing my eyes during a head roll warm-up or you might pop a blood vessel? ??! What?? And the dorm in rehearsal. Ah, the dorms.
