Mineral Wells High School
Class of 1983

Welcome to the new Mineral Wells Class of 1983 site!  My/our hope is that we may now have a central location that everyone can use to keep in touch outside of Facebook and other social media sites.  

This is certainly a work in progress, so I appreciate both your patience and suggestions while I learn how to use these many functions.  Also, if anyone would like to be a Co - Administrator, please let me know.  I do not necessarily want to be the only one in charge of this project, as I hope this becomes a resource that we can use for a very long time into the future.

I look forward to connecting with everyone.  Please let other classmates know about this site so that we may have as many of us participate as possible.  Also, any MWHS 1983 classmates that are no longer with us that you might know about, please contact me so that I can include them in the appropriate place. 

Again, feel free to send me suggestions as I need all the help I can get!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

So the renovations on the Baker Hotel are slated to start in October 2019.  The Baker is then supposed to open in 2022, in plenty of time for our reunion in 2023.  Yes, it's really going to happen.  

Even though it's still three or four years away, the demand for space at the Baker will be high--to say the least.  So we need to start thinking about whether or not we want to have our reunion at the Baker.  Of course we won't know the availability or costs for awhile, but the earlier we start thinking about it the easier it'll be to plan. 

I'll keep everyone updated on this page as I know more, but I would like to hear feedback with your thoughts.
