Daniel Jacobus

Dan passed quickly on July 12th after a diagnosis of advanced cancer at the age of 81. He is survived and dearly missed by his beloved wife, Pam; sons, Mark and Matthew (Melissa); granddaughter, Karley; and her mother, Kelley; sister, Maxine and many loving family members. A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Living Table UCC, located at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church, 5011 South 31st Avenue, Minneapolis. Visitation at 10:00 A.M. Service at 11:00 A.M. A celebration of his life will follow 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the Shakopee VFW, 1201 3rd Avenue East, Shakopee. Memorials are preferred to St. Jude.
