Susan Levi, born February 26, 1942, passed away peacefully on November,1, 2024. A proud graduate of Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis, class of 1960, Susan briefly attended the University of Minnesota before beginning her career in sales with the telephone company, specializing in Yellow Page advertising. 

She shared 60 cherished years of marriage with her beloved husband, David. The two first met on a memorable train ride to see the Minnesota Gophers play in the Rose Bowl game, a serendipitous encounter that blossomed into a lifetime of love, beginning with their first date on New Year's Eve. Together, they built a life full of joy, family, and shared adventures. 

Susan's family meant everything to her. She is survived by her husband David; sons, Bob (Wendy) and Jim (Kris); her brother, Steve; her sisters, Barb and Karen (Fred); and her cherished grandchildren, Claire, Lauren, Griffin, and Mitchell. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Lorraine Jensen and Ken's second wife Marge Jensen. 

A memorial service will be held at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church, (17205 CR6, Plymouth MN) on 11/11/24. Visitation at 10:00AM; Memorial Service at 11:00AM followed by a luncheon at St Philip's. Graveside service for family will be at Pleasant View Cemetery, Annandale MN. 

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Park Nicollet/Health Partners and The Birches Health Care Center at Trillium Woods for their compassionate care during Susan's final days. 

Susan will be remembered for her infectious smile, warm spirit, her deep love for family, and her boundless dedication to those she loved. She leaves a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege to know her and will be deeply missed.
