Knowing Bobby in school and later when I worked for a time at Juster's. His mom ran the elevator and was a constant souce of giggles and joy.
Playing football with Bobby was a great experience except - when he knocked for a loop in scrimmage. Bobby was loved by all and now, God has him. Lucky God.

This is a very late posting since Bob passed away several years ago. I got to know Bob and our mutual friend Wiley Hester when we all attended Sanford Jr. High School. I have some great memories from the times when I first got my drivers license and I would pick up Wiley and Bob and we would go cruising around south Minneapolis and visit Charlie's Drive In, Porky's Drive In on Lake Street and Lake Nokomis. Bob and Wiley were two of my best friends through Jr. High and Roosevelt. Bob was also a great teammate when we both wrestled on the 1960 City Championship Wrestling Team. I think about Bob every now and then and wish we could have stayed in touch after high school.
