Sorry to hear about Mike, he was a good guy always a good attitude, way too young for a man like Mike. May God be with his family.

So sad to hear Mike is gone.  I had the privilege of being Mike's teammate on the 1960 City Championship RHS wrestling team.  Mike was City champion in the 165 lb. weight division.  He was one of the most aggressive wrestlers on our team.  When Mike's match started, we would all gather around to watch because he would attack his opponent from the opening whistle and many times that would result in a first round pin.  Just an all around great guy, wish I could have spent more time with him in the later years.

Very sorry to hear this.  Mike was in my Homeroom, Lunchroom 2.  As a result I got to know Mike as a fun person and a friend.  I also became a wrestling fan, attending some matches in the Championship year.  (I enjoyed this more than watching football).  Mike will always have a special place in my memory - he was simply a 'class act'.
