Survived by wife, Judith; son, John M.; grandchildren, Andrew, Brittany, and Allysa; siblings, Dale (Carol) Leshovsky, Richard (Pat) Leshovsky, Dolores (Ray) Henry, and Chet (Jeanne) Leshovsky; sister-in-law, Alice Leshovsky.
