I met Heather when we were both four years old. She lived at 4013 and I lived at 4014 Sheridan So. We became fast friends. Our childhood adventures were epic. Heather was the preeminent photographer working at the tiny Photomat on 44th and Upton. When Heather drove around delivering photos to the other Photomats, she always had her two rescue dogs in the car. She was a dog lover all of her life. Her collection of photos is immense.
