Ryan Stansifer

After trying to live on my own for a year, I ended up moving to Reno where I attended a program called Job Corps. While that taught me a lot about other cultures and people, it wasn't the best of experiences. However, while there, I did get my AA in a year and a half and met my future wife at UNR's Campus Crusade.
I learned about the horrors of humanity while working at the Reno Airport (not something for the feint of heart) and eventually found my way into CompUSA shortly after we were married in March 2005. While I was offered management, I turned it down as we decided to move back down to Southern California in fall of 2008. As the company failed, I moved on to work at the Apple Store at South Coast Plaza. I became the head of the Visuals department, running all of the store demos on our sales floor. Laura joined me soon after I started at Apple as a Specialist. And I have just recently moved into a Genius trainee program.
After a seven day Mexican Rivera Cruise, we found out that we were expecting! Caitlyn Jessica Stansifer will be born December 9 of this year!
Over the years, I've also written several science fiction and fantasy novels, a handful of novellas and a few dozen short stories. I'm aiming to go professional soon, but I'm still honing my craft until then.
Right now, I'm celebrating my recent promotion and can't wait to see our new addition to the family!

My fondest memories are of that wonderful hill near the band room and humanities. Luckily, I happen to have a very poor memory so all the bad stuff isn't in my head anymore!
