Class Reunion

We are really looking forward to our class reunion this summer and seeing each of you and your families. The reunion committee has planned the Saturday itinerary with the details below. We are also currently working on some activities for Friday the 15th, as well as a bonfire evening social! We will get those details out as soon as they are available.
REGISTRATION FEE: To cover all the miscellaneous expenses (which we are finding add up very quickly) we need to charge a registration fee for the reunion. If you plan on attending any of the reunion events, the fee will be per classmate. So for the quantity only select (1) for yourself and this will register you for attendance at the reunion. This fee will help us cover the cost of the park, the website, etc. If you participate in other activities besides the class picnic there will be additional fee's.
CLASS RIVER TRIP: Friday June 15th. All day river trip on the Colorado river with Adrift adventures, families welcome. Full day trip departing at 8:30 A.M. (Lunch Included) meet at Adrift Adventures at 8:15 a.m.; return about 4:00 p.m. Please bring a hat for the sun, suntan lotion and clothes in which you will be comfortably wet, shoes that will stay on and can get wet. Adrift furnishes containers for your cameras and personal items as well as Coast Guard approved life jackets.
CLASS & FAMILY PICNIC: Saturday June 16th 11:30-2:00 p.m.. Rotary Park, bring your family down along with your favorite lunch and enjoy an afternoon at the park visiting. The fee for this will be covered by the initial registration fee.
CLASS DINNER & DANCING: Saturday June 16th at Red Cliffs Lodge. Social hour with appetizers being served from 6:30-7:30, dinner at 7:30, and dancing starting at 8:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Cash bar will be available. CLASS PICTURES will be taken at 7:15 p.m. Dinner will be served so you will need to register and pay for each person attending this event. Dinner will be a Prime Rib Buffet which will include choices of hand carved prime rib, sundried tomato penne pasta, baked salmon, with baked potatoes, vegetables, fresh tossed garden salad with the house dressings and dinner rolls.
CHILDREN: Are welcome to attend the class dinner at Red Cliffs Lodge at an additional charge. Kids over the age of 10 years old will need an adult ticket, children between the ages of 10-3 will need a child's dinner ticket, and children 3 and under will be free.
REUNION VIDEO: We are putting together a video to show at the reunion, so please make sure you have uploaded current pictures of you and your family to the website to be included in the video. Deadline to submit pictures is May 1, 2012.
MOTELS: There is a movie filming in Moab and the crew will be in town the reunion weekend, meaning that motels are already being booked out so if you need a room for the Reunion please get it booked as soon as possible.
DISCOUNT: You will receive a discount for paying by check, please send off your check as soon as possible. Your dinner reservation will NOT be confirmed until we receive payment in full either with a check or credit card.
DEADLINE to sign up and register for the reunion is May 15th.

The VIDEO is available for purchase see pricing information below. If you need it shipped to you please make sure you pay the shipping charge as well. For those of you who live in town I can bring it to you once they arrive. I will post a link to the video this week, if you would like a chance to view it again. If you signed up on Saturday I will send you a separate email with details.
CLASS PICTURE: We have quite a few options for these, I have listed the 8x10 and 5x7 options below if you would like details on another size or products please message me and I will get the details to you.
