Bobby was a really good friend to me in high school, and he comes from an outstanding family. Although he and I didn't see each other much in college, or afterwards, I've always valued his friendship and respected the kind of person he was. I will definitely keep his wife and children in my prayers, and can guarantee that he's in a much better place.

Bobby was one of the all-time great guys. I continued to keep in contact with him after we got out of college, and he was just always nice. He never had anything bad to say about anyone. I also enjoyed getting to know April and his daughters. Please, everyone, pray for them during this difficult time. This is so tragic. I went to Calvary for the viewing Wednesday night and was blown away by the crowd and tributes to Bobby. I was also not ready when I looked at Bobby in his casket. That was the first time in my life I have seen someone in a casket that was my age and not elderly. It just didn't feel right. It just didn't look right.....
