I went to WMU and earned a degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice. Shortly after college I moved to Grand Rapids to work for the Office of Community Corrections. After six years in that office I worked for the 61st District Court Probation Dept. as a probation officer. In 2005 I quit to stay at home and raise three kids. Working with convicted criminals is a much easier job than raising kids!
