Moved to New York City to study for my Masters at Pratt Institute (Masters in Communication Sciences (Graphic Design) - while doing that, I worked full-time on Madison Avenue in a small Ad Agency. During that time I met my
husband who was an Architect at I.M.Pei and partners. We worked in New York and later married and had two children, Katie and Chris. (both have now graduated from USC). My son is a Flash designer and my daughter is working at USC and also training horses). We moved to Westchester County in NY were I joined the staff of the Reader's Digest as Art Director. My husband was offered a job in LA working for a development co. and off we went, never thinking we would return to CA. We have lived ever since then in Westlake Village, raised our children and I taught part-time at a community college nearby. My husband still works in LA for a large development co. We purchase a ranch property in Carmel Valley in 2008 we are in the process of redoing the house, etc. with the intent of retiring there in the future.
Presently, we have 4 dogs and 3 horses and all of us could live there together. So that about sums it up.
Oh, I am also trying to follow in my fathers footsteps by studying art (oil painting). P.S. My husband moved my out to the country so I could not go shopping as easily as in LA.
