Graduate of Albany State University (B.S and M.Edu.)
Graduate of Troy State University (Specialist Degree)
Graduate of Nova Southeastern University (Doctoral Degree). Also attended: Brewton-Parker College, South Carolina State University, and Valdosta State University.

On January 30, 2013, Dr. Howard became the Superintendent of Randolph Board of Education. He was given a two year contract. Dr. Howard Retired after 41/2 years. He is now the owner of Howard Mortuary (2 located: McRae-Helena and Wrightsville, Georgia.
School Story:

In 1977, we won the State Track Meet. Played football, basketball, and played in he Marching Hornet Band. One of my memory was when the band took a trip to New Orleans.
