I graduated from UNI in 1993 with a degree in Business Management. I worked for Parsons Technology, in Hiawatha, for a short period of time. I then went to work for the Iowa Department of Transportation. I have been with the DOT for the past 13 years. A brief description of my current job: Assist the District Local Systems Engineer in overseeing federal and state aid grants for city and county highway and bridge projects in a twelve county area.... or, most people I work with call me the District Auditor.
I met Carrie Dolan in 2000. We are still happily together but not married. We've got three great "kids"- the furry kind.
I have as much fun as time and money allows. My main passion in life is music. My favorite thing to do is to go see live music. I have traveled around the country to see various music festivals, concerts, etc. My latest excursion was to travel to Hampton, Virginia to see the three night Phish reunion. It was wild!
Besides music, I love the outdoors, nature, cooking, and gardening.
