After graduation, I attended Kirkwood CC for Automotive Technology. Then I went back to Kirkwood for another degree in Automotive Collision Repair. I worked at Mark's Auto Body for about 3 years as a painter after college. In 2004 it was time for me to become part of Jim Benter Petroleum Inc. and help dad. We recently sold the business at the beginning of 2008, and I now I work for the new owner, Demmer Oil Co. from Worthington, IA. I married a great woman (Sarah Hogan) on June 21st, 2008. We now have a wonderful son, Blaine.
