I was in a long-term relationship for 17 years and living in Regina. After that ended, I met my husband, who lived in Alameda...and we got married on July 25, 2009.
I went to Robertson Career College in Regina and took a Legal Secretary Course. I then worked in a law office for about 6 months (hated it!); then worked at the Southland Mall Admin. Office for 12 years doing various administrative jobs. I then worked for Harvard Developments as an Executive Assistant and then as a Human Resources Assistant (I got my HR Certificate by taking night classes somewhere along the way) until I met Michael and moved to Alameda. I worked in a welding shop in Estevan for about 6 weeks, cut my losses and got a job at Spearing Services in Oxbow for 7 months and now I have been at Absolute Locating for just over 2 years and love it!
Spare time...what is that?! Reading is still my main hobby. We bought a camper last summer so are planning on camping this summer. I am currently selling candles, Treasurer on a couple boards in town, and we cut grass at the cemetary and the school in the summer.
You would be surprised to know that after living in the city for 20 years and loving it, that I am loving living in a small town again! That, and I am addicted to tattoos and have 6 of them!
I am hoping that we will have a successful reunion - I am looking forward to catching up with everyone. But I did have a dream the other night that we had a reunion and no one would speak to me, so now I am freaking out!
