With nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of contact centers, I am a seasoned professional and a true Subject Matter Expert in the field. My exposure to contact centers includes both commercial and public sector facilities (state and federal government), management of operations and technology, initial and on-going project and program management, and independent consulting. I have led or consulted for all sizes of contact centers and in all types of environments (sales, customer service, public information, etc.)

On a personal note, I am in a long-term relationship with a wonderful man. We hope to attend the reunion (purchased tickets), but much depends on work/job requirements and what may (or may not) happen on the contract front between now and then.
