God has truly blessed me over the years. I have the most wonderul man in the world and two of the most precious children God ever created! God has placed my family in ministry and we count that an honor. I lived in Charlotte for about six years after David and I got married. We moved to Stanley in 1998 and have been there ever since. Keleigh my oldest daughter got married in June 2007 to her high school sweetheart (just like her Mom). I worked in banking for about 12 years after high school, ended up as Bank Manager/Asst. Vice President. Later moved into mortgage lending. In 2007 decided it was time for a change. I now work for a general contracting company "Integrity of the Carolinas, Inc." in Belmont and absolutely love my job. My family is my upmost priority. I am so fortunate to have been chosen to be the mother of my two beautiful girls. And as far as my husband, David, I did not deserve him! He is everything I ever wanted plus more than I ever dreamed. On October 26, 2010 God showed His mercy on our lives yet again by blessing us with a precious miracle, my first grandbaby, Elynd Brilee Ratliff. Keleigh, my oldest, became a Mommy herself on that day... WOW!!! Now, she gets to experience all the joys that she and Ashleigh have given David and myself over the years. Blessed I am!!! I would love to hear from you all.
Too many to count...
Can't forget all the laughs that Jennifer Wade gave me! She was a hoot!
Mrs. Tedder...
Mr. Scruggs...
School dances...
Football games...
Lisa Wise (Rednour) is still one of my very best friends and GOOD LORD do we have memories from our younger days! Couldn't make it without her in my life!!!
The "Lunch Gang"! Wow! Did we have some good laughs around the lunch table.
Drama... drama...drama... Boy didn't we have alot of it?
Homecoming night... What an honor just to be there! My Daddy escorted me onto the field. I lost my Dad in 1995 to cancer... I sure wish I could rewind time.
Me, Lynn Hudson, and Suzanne Swanson signing up for weight lifting my junior year... How ridiculous was that?
More to come later... I'm getting old and I have to dig deep for memories.
