So, what have you been doing since 1984?
Started working at Mt. Horeb Plumbing and then for RC Builders for 9 years and in that time also work at Tyrol Ski Basin and Norsk Golf Bowl. Tyrol and Norsk were fun places to work, just hard some mornings staying steady enough to walking outside walls. Then I work for a place called Landforms we poured color imprinted concrete. Not a bad job, just didn’t like being laid off in the winter. I was only their couple of years.
In 1995 I joined my Dad in Parkos Construction until he retired 2005. We built a lot of homes in the Dane and Iowa counties. In this time I got to meet a lot of people and help there dreams homes come true.
2001 my first daughter Taylor was born and in 2003 got married and Sydney was born. Latter in 2003 their mother left and I have been a single parent since and love all most ever minute. I have learned that alcohol compulsion does not decrease when you have kids but it increases.
2005 I became licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Building Inspector and currently work full time for the City of Verona and also work for Towns of Montrose, Primrose and Ridgeway and the Villages’ Blue Mound and Ridgeway as their Building Inspector.
I spend my free time doing a little golfing, cutting wood and still do carpentry. Also took up Wine making.
