I remember riding in Pat's brand new Cadillac convertible on Senior day. What a thrill! She was a good friend then and I am sorry we lost track of each other over the years. Carol Snow Waldman
Patty was part of our small group of friends on and off during our Junior and Senior years. She was a fun person who always had a smile on her face and friendly words for all.
Patty always made me feel important when she tooled around the corner of Hazel and Poplar Drive on a sunny day in her Caddy convertible to pick me up to meet our group for something fun. Whether it was softball in South Park or just hanging at one of our homes, Patty always brought a smile with comments or actions.
Sad that so many of my HS and beyond memories involve Patty Grosso. Many of them include various covertibles. We were not in touch for many years and I had sworn to do someting about that this year. Darn.
So sorry to hear that Pat Grosso passed away. I remember her fondly as a classmate in Mr. Clark's 12-5 homeroom. Here she is on the left with Maureen Peters.
Bill, Thank you for posting the photo......good memories...Patty was a special friend to my sister, and I remember the great times we all had together.
I didn't know Patty very well during high school. I just remember her as such a nice, fun-loving person. Also, I remember that at graduation we had to line up by height...shortest to tallest. Patty was #1 and I was second😊. We both thought that was great! I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
I only remember Patty from afar. As I would walk home from school on Orchard Drive, she would drive by in her convertible with the top down weather permitting.
"Age 72, of Mt. Lebanon, formerly of Upper St. Clair, passed suddenly on Friday, January 1, 2016. Wife of the late Carmine Bellini, Jr.; daughter of the late Anthony M. and Angela M. I remember Patty being the only one I could see "eye to eye"....height-wise that is!
