I don't know anything about Dave's passing, but I do know he was a good friend. A quiet guy, who never drew much attention. Dave, Jeff Minno and I used to hang together on weekends, and go to the Southside for Subs, or to Mike's Pizza by South Park and back to Jeff's to shoot pool in the basement. For some reason, I also remember he drove his folks '57 Pontiac and that it was two-tone green. We never kept in touch after graduation though.
